Things to know before applying
Please note that food vendors must get temporary stand licenses from the City of Buffalo and pay a $40 fee. Merch vendors must also get a temporary stand license and pay a $30 fee. Once you've submitted your application and paid your fees, we'll be in touch with more information.
Merchandise Vendor
We are now accepting applications for merchandise vendors. The packet includes the necessary paperwork and information you will need to get the most out of your vendor experience. Merch vendors must also get a temporary stand license and pay a $30 fee.
Informational Vendor
We are now accepting applications for informational vendors. The packet includes the necessary paperwork and information you will need to get the most out of your vendor experience. Informational Vendors will need to provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
Food Vendor
We are now accepting applications for food vendors. The packet includes the necessary paperwork and information you will need to get the most out of your vendor experience. The vendor fees vary based on previous participation and the date the application is returned. Food vendors must also get temporary stand licenses from the City of Buffalo and pay a $40 fee.
